Advertising, distribution, partnership and editorial enquiries — one form, routed to the right desk.

For news tips, corrections, advertising and general enquiries, you can also write to us directly at [email protected]. Every enquiry is read by the newsroom team.

Use the form below for advertising, distribution, partnership, editorial and general company enquiries. Messages are routed by subject to the desk that can act on them, and we reply to the email address you provide. Messages are routed by subject to the desk that can act on them; the form below and the postal address are the reliable routes in, and the email above reaches the same newsroom.

What to include

  • Advertising & distribution: your company, the story or campaign, the publications or audience you have in mind, and any deadline.
  • Partnerships: your publication’s name and URL, its audience, who writes for it, and how often it publishes.
  • Editorial & corrections: the publication and the story URL. Story-specific questions are answered fastest by the outlet that published the story — every title in the directory links to its own site.
  • Press: your outlet, what you are working on, and your deadline.

How we handle your message

Messages are read by the desk named in the subject line. Advertising and distribution enquiries go to the commercial team with the publications concerned; partnership applications go to the network team that reviews new titles; correction requests go to the editorial desk of the publication involved, with the story URL you provide; press enquiries go to the Newsroom. If a message lands with the wrong desk, we route it internally rather than asking you to send it again.

Corrections and story questions

For a factual correction, include the publication, the story URL, the statement you believe is wrong, and the correct information with a source where possible. Correction requests are assessed by the publishing outlet’s desk, and where a material error is confirmed the story is corrected on the page. Questions about why a story was covered, or requests to remove lawful reporting, should be addressed to the publishing outlet in the first instance; the directory links to every title.

Privacy requests

If your message concerns your personal information — access, correction, deletion or an unsubscribe problem — choose “General inquiry” and say so in the first line. The rights available to you and how we handle requests are set out in the Privacy Policy. Please do not send identity documents through this form unless we ask for them to verify a request.

What not to send

Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, confidential documents or material you do not have the right to share through this form. Sales pitches for unrelated services are not routed. If your enquiry is urgent because of a deadline, say so in the subject line and include the time zone the deadline is in.
