Distribution

One submission, published across the network

24World Media’s distribution service places stories, announcements and sponsored features on publications in our own network — prepared once, checked once, and published with a full report of live links. It is built for companies, PR teams and agencies that need named placements they can verify, rather than an anonymous promise that a release “went out.”

What you get

  • Named placements. Your story runs on agreed publications from our Brands directory. You know the titles before anything is published.
  • Editorial review. Every submission is checked against the content guidelines of each proposed publication before publication. Material that does not meet the guidelines does not run.
  • Honest labelling. Commercial content is labelled as sponsored and linked in line with search-engine guidelines. That protects your brand, the publication and the reader.
  • Verified reporting. After publication you receive the live URL for every placement, recorded against the original story so links can be re-checked later.

How it works

  1. Submit. Send the story or announcement once through our team, with the publications or audience you have in mind.
  2. Review and confirm. We check the material against each publication’s guidelines — subject fit, category, originality, labelling — and confirm the final placement list with you.
  3. Publish. Approved items are published from the hub to the agreed outlets, each under that outlet’s own category and labelling rules.
  4. Report. You receive every live link. Placements stay attached to the story record in our manifest, so a link list never has to be reconstructed from screenshots.

What fits — and what does not

Distribution works best for company news, product and service launches, research and reports, event announcements, expert commentary with a named author, and sponsored features written to editorial guidelines. We do not distribute copied or spun text, anonymous attacks, material with unverifiable claims presented as fact, or content whose commercial nature the client wants hidden. If a story would only work unlabelled, it is not a story we will place.

Network placements and the wire

Wider syndication is available through our sister wire, IconicNewswire, which carries releases beyond the 24World Media network. Network placements and wire distribution can be combined in a single order, and the relationship between the two companies is stated openly: one group, two services. Tell us the audience you need and we will tell you honestly which part of the group can reach it.

Start a distribution enquiry

Use the Contact page and choose “Distribution / advertising.” Include the story or a summary, the publications or audience you are targeting, and any deadline. Current packages and availability are confirmed in reply — placements are scheduled against live editorial capacity, not sold off a static list.

Categories and guideline checks

Every publication in the network has its own accepted categories and subjects. A story is matched to outlets before it is published, not after: business material goes to business and general-news titles that run it, Canadian stories to the Canadian desk, and legal coverage to the legal title. The hub enforces those rules during distribution. If a proposed outlet’s guidelines exclude the category, the placement is removed from the order at the review stage and we tell you why, with an alternative title suggested where one exists.

Originality and sourcing requirements

We distribute original material. Submissions should be the client’s own work or work the client has the right to publish, with claims that can be substantiated and a named person or organisation standing behind them. We may ask for supporting sources for statistics, rankings, health or financial claims, and we will not distribute material whose key claims cannot be checked. This protects the client’s brand as much as ours: a placement that has to be corrected afterwards helps nobody.

Scheduling and turnaround

Distribution is scheduled against live editorial capacity. When you enquire, tell us the date the story needs to be live by; we confirm what is achievable before any order is agreed. Embargoed material is handled on the confirmed date, and time-sensitive announcements are published to the agreed list first and reported as the links go live.
